We recognize that researchers need calendars that are unique to the research experience, and today we're excited to get you even closer to a great scheduling experience. With our latest release our calendar provides:

  • More reliable experience for researchers
  • Participant experiences are easier to preview and book
  • Collective scheduling: you can now respect multiple calendars for bookings

For all new studies the new scheduler will automatically be turned on. If you have studies that are currently running, those won't be impacted. You can always toggle off the new scheduler here.

The feature we're most excited to share is the collective booking capability. Now you can respect the calendars of multiple people for booking interviews. This is great if you have a team of folks who need to be involved in the process.

This also sets us up to be able to deliver an unflawed round robin experience and observer rooms which we will develop in the coming months.
