Picture this.
It's Monday morning. Your alarm didn't go off. Your shirt's on backwards, you haven't had any coffee, your hair is all kinds of weird.
And you have to run a customer interview about a new feature you're designing in 3 minutes.
... But you're not panicking about how you're going to run the call.
Why? Because your script is already outlined and waiting for you. That's the beauty of Great Question's interview templates functionality.
By templatizing interview questions and scripts, you can ensure that you and your team ask the same questions in the same order for specific types of interviews.
This way, you're standardizing research, and taking the guesswork out of your research process.
Basically, you're creating a reusable interview script to makes it way easier for anyone on your team to conduct customer interviews.
From the lefthand toolbar, select Resources then Templates.
Then, click Interview, and select the purple Create interview template button in the top-right corner.
From there, you can add a title to name the template (specifying what type of interview template or the purpose of the script is a great idea), and type out the questions you want to ensure your team's researcher asks.
Note: You also have the option to select the template as the default interview template for all studies.
Once you're done, select the purple Save changes button in the top right.
