Hey there! 👋
We greatly appreciate the customer feedback we receive, it goes a long way in helping us refine upcoming products and enhance existing ones based on what you actually want out of a product. This is why we have a RØDE Research Community, to allow customers to get closer to the heart of RØDE and help us deliver you the best products possible.
The RØDE Research Community is a select group of users who help us with surveys, video interviews, usability studies and even trials of unreleased products. Over the past twelve months we've given pre-launch versions of the RØDECaster Video for folks to try, sent evaluation units of new headphones to people, given users access to pre-release beta firmware and sent out lots of free products as a thank you to people we spoke to in video interviews.
