# Microsoft Integration

> Connect Microsoft for calendar scheduling, email, and Microsoft Teams call locations.

Connect your Microsoft account to Great Question to schedule interviews against your calendar and send study emails. Once integrated, interview scheduling syncs directly to your calendar, and Great Question can read your existing events to prevent double-booking. Microsoft Teams is available as a call location automatically once you're connected — there's no separate authorization step.

## Set up the Microsoft integration

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations**.
2. Find **Microsoft** and click **Connect +**.<br />

3. Sign in with your Microsoft work account credentials.
4. If two-factor authentication is enabled, enter the time-limited code when prompted.
5. (Optional) Check the box to make your email address available to other account users for sending through Great Question.

## Using Microsoft Teams as a call location

Once your Microsoft account is connected, Teams becomes available as a call location option in 1:1 Video Call studies, no additional setup required.

## Important notes

* Additional permissions must be approved for the integration to function.
* Microsoft and Google Workspace cannot both be connected. It's either one or the other.
