Gathering the UXR Forces: A One-Day Event Shaped by You
It's been a defining few years for UX research. Layoffs. Budget cuts. Changing team structures. Big promises from AI. Endless talk of democratization.
But through it all, one thing has remained clear: this community is resilient—and full of people asking, "What's next?"
We're planning something new this fall: an event in the SF Bay Area (with a virtual option) for researchers, ResearchOps professionals, and research advocates who are ready to build the next evolution of research. And we want you to help us shape it.
This won't be your typical conference. We're not defining the agenda for you or making assumptions about what matters to you most. Instead, we're opening the door and asking:
- What do you want to learn about or discuss the most?
- Who do you want to meet? Who do you want to see speaking?
- What are the hard truths or big questions our industry needs to reckon with?
Maybe you want to share your perspective as a speaker, lead a workshop, volunteer or collaborate, or just be in the room with people who care about the same things. Whatever your interest, we'd love for you to be part of this from the very beginning. Not just as an attendee, but as a co-creator of the conversation.
