Product Release Roundup: November 2025

Today's a big day for Great Question. Come celebrate with us on LinkedIn and see what it means for you.

After all, we wouldn't be here without YOU. All of you who believe great companies are built one discovery call at a time. And especially those of you who work tirelessly every day to make research accessible to all without sacrificing rigor.

We’re looking at you, researchers. Don’t doubt for a second we’re your biggest cheerleaders.

Go on. See what’s up. Let us know why you believe in research democratization. The whole team would greatly appreciate it.

But come back! 😅

Some goodbyes are as important as hellos, so don’t miss what’s new.

đŸ‘„ Access 2x verified participants, faster with User Interviews

We partnered with a new external panel provider: User Interviews. Respondent will be retired on November 15, and you will get access to:

  • Double the previous panel size with 6M+ verified participants
  • A one-hour first match guarantee
  • Rigorous fraud detection resulting in 98.3% of sessions rated positive by 1000s of research teams

You'll continue recruiting inside Great Question as always, just with better quality, greater reach, and more predictable pricing. Your current balance and credits remain unaffected.

🏁 Goodbye Calendly, switch to the scheduler built for research

This is a bit of a "mission accomplished" moment: our own scheduler is now far superior to Calendly for UX research use cases, and almost no one has been using Calendly, so we can retire it. The Calendly integration will be discontinued on Dec 15, 2025.

Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar to switch to our native scheduler, which includes observer rooms, video recording integrations, waitlists, continuous discovery scheduling, and more. All built specifically for research needs. If you aren't able to connect due to your security setup, reply to this email to discuss alternatives with support.

🔐 Set workspace permissions: role-based feature access is now GA

Role-based permissions have graduated from beta. Admins now have granular control over who can access specific features across your workspace, from repository uploads and video downloads to candidate imports and CSV exports.

Perfect for enterprises with compliance requirements. Configure permissions once, and everyone works within the guardrails that matter to your organization.

Available on Enterprise plans. Want the full rundown?

✹ ... and more quality of life improvements, like:

  • Unmoderated studies now default to the new redesigned participant layout
  • Higher-quality uploaded livestream recordings
  • Better participant experience for matrix questions with multiple columns
  • Study selector when shortlisting candidates now shows study type and team
  • Shortlisting slideout shows counts for new, existing, and ineligible candidates
  • Livestream checkbox behavior updated to match UI changes

🔍 Ask AI is growing up: Be the first to try what's next

Ask AI already helps you find insights within your studies while staying grounded in your data. Soon, you'll be able to search for insights, uncover cross-study trends and connect learnings across your entire repository.

Join the waitlist to be the first to find those "aha!" moments! Already on the waitlist? You're all set. We'll reach out when early access opens.

That's November. Big releases, important goodbyes, and a few hellos to what's next.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Research democratization doesn't happen without researchers like you pushing it forward every day.
