Prevent errors when sending emails through Great Question. π To ensure participants have a smooth experience participating in your research studies, weβve improved how we communicate when there is an issue with your study that would lead to a negative participant experience. For example, if youβre sending an invite to schedule a participant, but youβve reached your participant limit, weβll remind you and give you a path to quickly resolve the issue before you send the emails out.

Manual Scheduling and Rescheduling
Manually schedule and reschedule your participants. π If you know when you want to book a session with someone, you can now manually schedule and reschedule them! It will send through the calendar event(s), as well as create meeting recording rooms and Observer room live stream links.
In Person Scheduling
Schedule in person interviews with your participants. π Select a physical location to interview your participants when desired for a more personal, face to face experience. Type in the name or address of the location that you want to conduct your interview at, along with any helpful instructions, and this information will be included in the calendar event(s). If the location you typed does not have an address, use the instructions section to provide more details about the location.

Ability to share Insights with anyone
Easily share Insights with stakeholders. π To provide stakeholders access to insights without requiring them to have a Great Question account, you can now set the individual Insight to Public, or set it at your account level to make it the default, so that anyone with the link can view.
