Authentication Methods

If you're looking to specify which authentication methods can be used for accessing your workspace, follow these instructions below!

Only Admins can update these settings.

Authentication Methods

  1. Navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Under Governance, select Permissions
  3. Scroll down to Authentication methods
    1. Please select what methods should be supported in your workspace:

Please note the following:

  1. Users will only be able to access the workspace with only the supported authentication method.
  2. Password UI on the settings page is hidden for users of a workspace where Email & Password is disabled as a method.
  3. Users can’t switch into workspaces unless their login method matches the required one.
  4. All method changes are logged and emailed to other admins when a change occurs.
