Online Tasks

Get a clear understanding of what Online Tasks are, why they matter, and how to create, manage, and troubleshoot external research activities inside Great Question.

What Are Online Tasks?

Online Tasks enables you to link any external research activity—such as a usability test, survey, prototype evaluation, or custom tool—to Great Question.

Why It Matters
  • Centralize workflow even when using multiple research tools.
  • Reduce tool‑hopping by keeping screening, invites, and incentives inside Great Question.
  • Scale external research without losing visibility into participant progress.
