What we offer

Great Question is hiring Full Stack Rails Engineers to join us on our mission to democratize user research and help customer centric companies talk to more customers.

We are an enterprise grade, all in one research CRM - with the tools you need to run and analyze customer interviews, surveys, and prototype tests with either your own customers or external candidates.

With a place for all your research results, we offer ways to create, store and share interesting insights from your data. We are actively building interesting AI use-cases in this area - automatically analysing and synthesis your data with LLMs.

We are looking for exceptional individuals with significant experience building Ruby on Rails applications to come and raise the bar within our engineering and product organization and help us not just ship features but expand our platform, processes and culture as we continue to grow and scale.

This is an huge opportunity to get in early, work on interesting problems, have a huge impact on the technology and culture of an early stage company, and shape the future of how teams build software through research.
