Natural customer research in one place

Happy customers like Chipper Cash keep us working hard to develop the best all-in-one customer research platform!

We get to work with some amazing companies, and Chipper Cash is one of our favorites. Chipper Cash is a venture-capital-backed Financial technology company that builds software to enable free and instant Peer-to-peer Cross-border payments in Africa and Europe; as well as solutions for businesses and merchants to process online and in-store payments.

While they're growing like crazy, across the globe, they're also finding time to give back. We've been lucky enough to partner with their Director of Design to get the voice of their customers into every design project. As a global FinTech app, that's focused on ease of use, developing a consumer solution relies on the feedback of those consumers.

We're so happy to hear from Dani that, "it makes our research super easy and efficient." Before, Great Question, they were using research tools that were "duct-taped" together, but now everything is in one place, making customer research easy.

Sometimes when you are just getting started as a company you forget all the little things that make a big difference for your customers. When we got this video back from Dani, he mentioned the slack channel that we offer up to all of our customers as a way to make sure they can get the support and guidance they need to do great customer research faster. It's a small thing to do, but like he says, it gave him direct access to our team. We have taken his feedback and worked it into our product, just like he does with his customers.

All of that seems super meta (no, not that meta), but what a cool way to help your customers learn about their customers?!? By using our solution ourselves, and taking their feedback as often as possible, we can make our product even better!
