Gtmhub uses Great Question to scale customer research

Gtmhub helps enterprises orchestrate strategy and deliver business results with OKRs (objectives and key results) on a large scale. Trusted by over 1,000 organizations with 500,000 users in 75 countries, it’s safe to say Gtmhub is passionate about listening to its customers.

To scale their customer research and enable consistent and continuous research, Gtmhub decided to partner with Great Question. Gtmhub takes advantage of Great Question’s all-in-one research platform to conduct customer interviews, surveys and many more.

New year, more research

Heading into the new year, one of the Gtmhub research team’s very own OKRs is growing its panel of research-ready customers. With expansion plans on the cards for the upcoming year, Gtmhub knows the only way to achieve these lofty plans is to carry out consistent and repeatable research all year round.

Gtmhub’s research team is also growing, they plan to double in size by adding more researchers (yay!) and data scientists. It was important for Gtmhub to find a platform that would allow their research operations to scale as the team scaled.

So, Gtmhub decided to partner with Great Question. They’ll be able to use a single customer research platform to handle all research tasks, making it so easy and fast to get customer feedback that anyone in their organization can do it.

A single platform for research

“We’re excited to get started with Great Question. The time savings alone will allow us to scale and streamline our customer research as our customer base grows,” stated Justin Wachholtz, Director of RAI Operations at Gtmhub. “We are going to be able to weave the voice of our customers into every new launch, which is going to be invaluable for our product teams.”

Great Question’s all-in-one customer research platform consolidates every painful step of the research process, from participant recruitment to study creation to sending incentives and sharing insights. Now, Gtmhub will be able to recruit participants and launch studies in under 10 minutes—all while keeping its growing team on the same page.

“Gtmhub helps organizations stay focused on achieving their goals, and can do that by staying close to customers. In this next phase of their growth, we’re looking forward to streamlining the team’s research process and keeping the voice of the customer front and center,” said Ned Dwyer, CEO of Great Question.

Over the next 3 months, Gtmhub will take advantage of Great Question’s features like building and managing a research panel, deploying surveys, 1:1 interviews and unmoderated studies, while compiling all of their research findings in the research repository.
