Ah, the joys of account administration.

If you're looking to update your payment methods, add a new credit card on file,  update your billing information, or download your GQ receipts/invoices, this one's for you.

Please note, only team members with an Admin level seat can manage billing and payment information.

  1. Navigate to your account settings.
  2. Select Billing.

From this tab, as you scroll down, you'll be able to:

  • Add new/additional payment methods, which can be handy if you have multiple teams with different budgets running research;
  • Add billing information that will appear on your invoices and receipts, such as VAT IDs or tax numbers;
  • View and download your GQ invoices.
